Shareholder structure
Translated from the German original; the German text is authoritative.
Free float: 20.90% (1,209,474 shares)ⓘ
Nakiki SE has strong anchor shareholders. The anchor shareholders have provided the company with substantial financial resources as proof of their long-term commitment.
The free float, i.e. the shares freely tradable on the stock exchange, amounted to approximately 25 % in October 2024 according to the voting-rights notifications submitted by the shareholders.
The largest shareholder is Andreas Wegerich, with 14.34 % of the voting rights (as of 26 April 2026, per the announcement of 21 April 2026).
The anchor shareholders have pledged to strengthen the company for further growth in the future and to make a long-term commitment.
A diversified shareholder structure matters. Just as at Nakiki.
A broad distribution of shares among many different holders reduces the risk that large blocks of shares are suddenly sold.
That is exactly why Nakiki SE has several important anchor shareholders as well as a large free float.

The company does not provide price data itself; current prices are available from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange or your broker.
A diversified shareholder base helps to preserve the independence of the company. Large individual shareholders or a concentrated group of shareholders could try to exert influence on the management of the company, which may not be in the best interests of the company and its stakeholders. A broader shareholder base, by contrast, promotes more objective and balanced corporate governance.
For this reason Nakiki belongs to a mixed group of small and medium-sized shareholders – for the benefit of all.
A company must be able to decide independently of short-term shareholder interests. Nakiki has ensured this.
The market sets the price.
When shares are spread across a larger number of shareholders, the share price is determined effectively and independently by the market, because purchases and sales by individual shareholders have less impact on the price. This leads to a fairer and more transparent price mechanism.
That is why Nakiki has no controlling shareholder and, through partial lock-up commitments by management and some shareholders, has ensured that the company is bound to long-term interests.
