Management Board

Andreas Wegerich, the son of an entrepreneur, is an experienced investment banker and financing expert with many years of experience in the management of companies (board of directors / stock corporations). From 2001 to 2023, Wegerich managed numerous capital market transactions for medium-sized companies on the German OTC market of regional stock exchanges and on the EU-regulated market.

Marc Guilliard is a proven Bitcoin expert with a background in the digital economy and communication strategy. He is the founder and operator of the world's first Bitcoin Hotel, which relies entirely on Bitcoin payments and acts as a physical meeting place for the Bitcoin community. At Nakiki, he has been advising the company on treasury strategy and self-custody as Lead Advisor since 2025.

Andreas Heine

Advisor, US expansion

Andreas Heine is an experienced financial manager specialising in international expansion and M&A. As CEO of HeinDEL Group (based in the USA), he brings a strong network in Wall Street and Silicon Valley. Since August 2025, Heine has supported Nakiki SE as a strategic advisor on its US expansion, in particular acquisitions, investor outreach and regulatory matters.

2024 financial statements: disclaimer of opinion and context

The auditor of NAKIKI SE issued a disclaimer of opinion for the company's annual financial statements and management report for the short financial year from 3 April 2024 to 31 December 2024. In particular, the auditor took the view that, owing to a lack of sufficient audit evidence, it was unable to conclusively assess the appropriateness of the company's going-concern assumption, as well as the presentation of its net assets, financial position and results of operations and of the management report. This concerned in particular the liquidity planning and the underlying assumptions regarding planned financing measures.
