Andreas Wegerich, the son of an entrepreneur, is an experienced investment banker and financing expert with many years of experience in the management of companies (board of directors / stock corporations). From 2001 to 2023, Wegerich managed numerous capital market transactions for medium-sized companies on the German OTC market of regional stock exchanges and on the EU-regulated market.
